New career dashboard in the candidate profile
From the candidate agent you can now open a dashboard with each person's full profile. It brings together information on every company they worked at and every university or institution they studied at, so you get much better context on their career path.

Open the candidate's profile
In the agent's candidate table, click the person icon at the end of the candidate's row.

Review their career
The profile opens with a summary of their career: years of experience, number of companies and average time per company. In the Experience section, click the name of a company or institution to see its dashboard.

Get to know the company
You'll see how solid the company is: headcount, headquarters, founding year, funding, estimated revenue and employee reviews. Use the tabs at the top to move between Company data, Talent flow, Funding and Reviews and news.
Tip: in the Employees over time chart, the shaded area marks the period the candidate worked there. That way you can see whether the company was growing or shrinking during their tenure. -
Do the same with their education
The universities and institutions where they studied work the same way. Click the name and go through the Company data, Alumni and Reviews and news tabs.
